Kim Miller practiced Yoga for strength, confidence, and a sense of peace and balance within. RYT-200 training in 2013 awakened a passion for teaching Yoga. SilverSneakers Yoga training in 2015 directed that passion towards the age 65+ community and surprisingly, school-age children, who have very similar needs for stability in both body and emotion.

She has a special love for helping beginners of all ages feel comfortable and enjoy practicing in their first few classes and for helping experienced students return with patience and grace after a break from practice.
